CA FBLA Conferences require the following forms to be completed. Form A must be submitted by the Chapter Adviser and submitted through conference Registration, Blue Panda. Forms B & C must be completed by conference attendees and submitted to the Chapter Adviser to keep hard copies in their possession at/during the Section and State Leadership Conferences 2023.
